Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

8. Warranties

• Less than 25% complete: 75% refund of the total project fee
• 25–50% complete: 50% refund of the total project fee

• More than 75% complete: No refund applicable

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already incurred (domain registrations, hosting fees, stock assets, plugin licenses)
• Completed and delivered milestones that have been approved by the client
• Work performed beyond the agreed project scope (change requests)

5. Defective Deliverables
If delivered work contains material defects attributable to VelnoraCreativeHouse, we will first attempt to remedy the issue at no additional cost. If remediation is not possible, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
